About Optlo
Who holds the AI account is the whole point. Most AI support tools buy model capacity wholesale and resell it to you inside a per-resolution fee. Optlo does not. The key belongs to you - OpenAI, Anthropic or Google Gemini, registered to your company - and that vendor invoices you directly for what the agent thinks, at list price, under whatever ceiling you already set in their console. Optlo's own charge is a flat software subscription. Solving more tickets does not make our invoice bigger. Model choice becomes a setting, not a migration. Because nothing is bundled, swapping a fast cheap model for a stronger one is a dropdown. Route triage one way and hard questions another. Reconsider it next month. None of that touches the widget, the content, or the flows underneath. Where its answers come from. Whatever your team already keeps current: the pages on your site, the docs, the help centre. Plus whatever your team types in directly to cover the gaps. The agent works in the customer's language, asks a clarifying question rather than guessing, and will say it does not know instead of inventing. Its route through a conversation is inspectable. Conversation flows get built visually. Every step can be opened, edited and traced, so a strange reply leads back to whatever produced it rather than disappearing into a black box. Steps that need live information call out through secure connectors - Stripe, or any HTTP endpoint you own - reading and writing records mid-conversation instead of dumping the customer into a form. And it knows when to stop. Anything outside its remit goes to a human with the full thread attached. Your team works from one inbox spanning website chat and email. Setup: a script tag and a content source. No ticketing migration, no onboarding engagement. What it costs Starter: $19/month - 500 active conversations, 1 seat, 3 workflows. Growth: $59/month - 2,000 active conversations, 3 seats, 8 workflows. Annual billing takes two months off either. Custom plans exist above that. Add-ons: $15 buys another 500 conversations; $15 buys another seat. Trial: 7 days, AI usage included, no card required. Who it is wrong for Teams who would rather not hold a model account in their own name. That is a real preference and a bundled competitor serves it better. Better said here than discovered later. Built by Jonas Budelmann. Auckland, New Zealand. Shipped June 2026.

Built Optlo because support tools charge more the better they work. Here the model key is yours, your provider bills you, and we charge a flat fee. Happy to argue about that in the comments.
