About PaintWorkz Pro
I own a 2 pac spray shop in Victoria, painting doors, panels and drawer fronts for kitchen and joinery makers. Before that I spent years as a cabinetmaker, shopfitter and CNC programmer. I couldn't find software that understood how a spray shop actually prices and runs work, so I built PaintWorkz Pro, and my shop runs on it every day. What it does: • Measure jobs part by part: single side, double side or edge return, with edge bands, and the square metres add up as you go • Price from your own matrix by door profile and finish, plus colour surcharges, delivery, freight and board supply • Turn a job into an estimate, quote, invoice or credit note in a couple of taps, with your ABN and GST done properly • Store your 2 pac paint formulas with base codes and tinter amounts, scaled to the litres you need, so a repaint months later matches • Track paint stock in litres and grams, deducted automatically as jobs are completed • See every job moving through sanding, undercoat, topcoat and completion on a production schedule • Print mixing cards, supply dockets, cover sheets, paint orders and part labels in one batch • Give staff their own login that hides your pricing from the shop floor • Reports on square metres, turnaround days, top colours, client breakdown and estimated margin What makes it different: it's built by someone who sprays for a living. The pricing has been checked to the cent against 269 real jobs from my own shop. Works on computer, tablet and phone, syncs between them, and keeps going if the signal drops. Metric or imperial, any currency and tax rate. Free plan for up to 3 jobs. Solo A$49/month, Pro A$99/month (ex GST), with a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time.
