She EmpowHers

She EmpowHers is a psychologically-informed app that takes the guesswork out of growth by helping women translate insight into real behavioral change. Our psychologically- guided growth paths are available in video, audio, written and journal prompts and help women notice the patterns, thoughts, behaviors and beliefs that hold them back so she can start translating what she's learning to how she's living. Coach Izzy, our AI companion, gives her private space to process what she's learning and feeling to help her maintain momentum. She is designed with an Ethics & Bias framework along side our clinical lead to ensure that she's safe, reflects the full spectrum of woman hood and isn't just another generic AI bot. And finally, a Peer community of women doing the work alongside her to ensure that she feels safe, supported and seen on her journey.
