About Subscription Keeper
I'm Darko, and SubscriptionKeeper is a solo project. Just me. No team, no investors, no grand "disrupting fintech" master plan — only one person who got tired of being ambushed by his own bank statement. I built it because I was the problem. I kept getting charged for things I'd completely forgotten I signed up for: the free trial that quietly converted while I wasn't looking, the app I opened exactly once, the streaming service I'd sworn I'd cancel "next month" since roughly last spring. The breaking point was three mystery charges hitting my card in a single month — not one, three — for subscriptions I didn't even recognize. I added it all up, did not enjoy the number, and realized I had no actual system for any of it. Just vibes and optimism. So I built the system. SubscriptionKeeper puts every subscription in one place and shows you the number you've been quietly avoiding: your real monthly and yearly total, in one clean view (multiple currencies welcome). It emails you before anything renews, so you cancel in time instead of finding out on your statement once the money's already gone. Spot something you want to drop? Mark it, and the app keeps a running tally of how much you're saving — turning "ugh, I should cancel that" into an actual, satisfying number. Then there's AI insights, which scans your subscriptions and flags the overlaps you've stopped noticing. It immediately busted me for paying for two recording tools that do the exact same job. Humbling, but fair. Between the forgotten charges and the overlaps, it found me 156 CHF a month I'd been quietly setting on fire — nearly 1,900 a year, back in my pocket. And the price? CHF 30. Once. Forever. No recurring fee — because a subscription built to fight subscriptions would make me the villain of my own product. I built it for me. It worked. Hopefully, it works for you, too.

It gets the job done. Don't really like the UI tho
A simple tool but highly useful, great job

Solo project, built it because I was the problem. One-time price, not a subscription, fighting subscriptions with a subscription felt wrong. AMA 👋
@hello8332 I think we've all been in that position being caught out by unforeseen renewals, glad that there's now a tool to help with keeping onto of it all.
@ddcole thank you for the kind words. That's why I built it. Hopefully, it helps lots of people
