About TINTY
What problem it solves Empty rooms make it hard for buyers to picture a home, and physical staging takes time and money. TINTY lets real estate agents stage photos of empty rooms with AI in about a minute. How it works 1. Upload a photo of an empty room (JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB). 2. Pick the room, style and furniture. 3. Get a 2K staged photo in about a minute. Stage it again or ask for a small change in plain words. What you get - Staging for bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, home offices and more. - Several interior styles, from Contemporary to Scandinavian. - 2K output, about 2,500 px on the long side, for MLS listings, portals and print flyers. - An optional "Virtually staged" label and a project link that shows the original next to the staged photo, to help with MLS disclosure rules. - Your photos are not used to train AI models. Pricing - Free: 6 staged photos with a light watermark, no card. - Plans from $9 a month for 10 staged photos, $39 for 45 or $79 for 100. Or a one-time Listing pack: $29 for 30 photos. - Short on time? With TINTY Studio, you email the photos and the team stages them for you: $10 per photo, from 3 photos, results in 2 to 24 hours. You see the results first and pay only if you're happy. Limits TINTY stages empty rooms only. It doesn't do kitchens, bathrooms or exteriors. Who it's for US real estate agents, real estate photographers, brokerages and homeowners selling on their own.

Hi PeerPush! I'm Andrii, founder of TINTY. We built it for agents with empty listings: stage a room with AI in about a minute and label it for the MLS. 6 free photos. Feedback welcome!
