AuthForge

AuthForge is a drop-in licensing API for desktop apps, plugins, bots, and any installable software. You generate license keys, your app validates them at runtime through an official SDK (Python, Node.js, Go, Rust, C#, or C++), and AuthForge handles hardware binding, seat limits, expiry, and revocation. A working integration is a few lines of code. The difference from KeyAuth, Keygen, and Cryptolens is the billing model. They charge flat monthly tiers that cap users, apps, or features. AuthForge is purely usage-based: 1 credit per successful validation, 10 heartbeats per credit, on one prepaid pool — with unlimited apps, licenses, and devices. Revocations take effect on the next heartbeat. Beyond key checks: license- and app-level variables deliver feature flags and plan tiers inside the authenticated session. Built-in Stripe and Lemon Squeezy integrations turn a successful payment into a delivered license automatically, with webhook verification and replay tooling. A hosted customer portal lets buyers look up licenses and self-serve HWID resets within your policy, instead of emailing support.
