About Cuppalist

Cuppalist is a calm todo app designed to bring order to your day without the stress. You can manage your tasks through a chronological calendar that helps you visualize your day, tidy project lists for your long-term goals, and recurring chores that automatically appear exactly when they need attention. It is a gently brewed solution for anyone looking to maintain productivity with a focus on simplicity and organization. I made Cuppalist primarily for myself. I kept bouncing between todo apps that either nagged me with red overdue counters or turned my morning planning into a dashboard exercise: streaks, charts, "you have 17 overdue tasks." None of them matched the way I actually wanted to start the day: a coffee, a quiet few minutes, and a list that meets me where I am instead of guilt-tripping me about where I wasn't yesterday. Cuppalist is the app I wanted to open every morning. Features: * The daily list and projects * Labels, filters, and full-text search * Recurring chores that show up on their own * Kanban boards to slide work across * Shared projects and Kanban boards to split the work * A day planner to give your todos a time * Patterns that show how the days add up * Drag-to-reorder, dark mode, the works

The vibe is definitely calm. However, it needs integrations beyond Google Calendar. Many people use Apple Mail and many people are forced to use Outlook. Monetization strategy is unclear and that makes me think this an identity or email harvest.

Clean and functional. Like it. Only thing I would work on is the AI Slop look.

Clean, minimal, elegant… Nice to do app. All you need is the ability to add some notes and save references and you have yourself a full second brain.

The chronological planner plus Kanban combo here solves the false choice between day-view and workflow-view that kills most task managers. Cuppalist doesn't compromise either lens and the keyboard-first design means you stay in flow state.

The keyboard-first planner with inline project create (no modal) and the Cmd-K palette feels genuinely calm. Ran a Lastest visual review across Projects, Kanban and Settings: https://app.lastest.cloud/r/H24xM9H_j_P7ebvGDCMDPg
