About Ikkendo

Ikkendo is an execution-first workspace that connects notes, tasks, goals, habits, and AI-assisted research in one place - built by a solo founder who got tired of switching between Notion, a task app, and ChatGPT in a browser tab. Notes convert directly into tasks. Tasks can be assigned to teammates in shared workspaces with owner, admin, and member roles. A "Questions" module handles decisions that need real thinking, not just checkboxes. Company Brain lets you upload your own documents so AI research can pull from your actual context when you choose to include it, not generic web knowledge. A few honest limits, upfront: core features work offline with a grace period after login, but AI features need a connection. There's first-party analytics, not zero tracking. Notes support optional local encryption, not full end-to-end. Free plan available. Pro is $8.99/month, Team plans from $14/seat or $114/month flat for up to 10 members.

Solo build, alongside running a martial arts club as my day job. Got tired of losing context between Notion, a task app, and ChatGPT, so I built this instead. Feedback welcome, especially on pricing.
