Stride is an AI-native delivery operating system built for modern software teams that want to move faster, collaborate better, and eliminate the fragmentation created by traditional development tools. Rather than forcing teams to manage projects across multiple disconnected platforms, Stride brings the entire product development lifecycle into a single unified workspace where planning, design, development, collaboration, delivery, and governance happen together. Most software teams today rely on a complex stack of tools to get work done. Product managers use one platform for requirements, designers work in another environment, developers manage tasks elsewhere, documentation lives in separate systems, and stakeholders struggle to maintain visibility across the delivery process. As projects grow, information becomes scattered, context is lost, communication breaks down, and teams spend more time coordinating work than actually delivering value. Stride was created to solve this problem. At its core, Stride serves as a centralized operating system for software delivery. It connects every stage of the product journey, from the initial idea to production deployment, within a single AI-powered platform. Teams can capture requirements, define user stories, create product roadmaps, manage delivery workflows, collaborate on designs, coordinate development activities, track progress, and ship releases without constantly switching between multiple applications. What makes Stride different is its AI-native foundation. Artificial intelligence is not an add-on feature or chatbot layered on top of existing workflows. Instead, AI is embedded throughout the platform and actively participates in the delivery process. Teams can transform high-level business objectives into structured requirements, generate user stories, create acceptance criteria, identify dependencies, accelerate documentation, and maintain project alignment with significantly less manual effort. Stride acts as an intelligent delivery partner that understands context across the entire project. Because planning, requirements, tasks, documentation, discussions, and delivery activities exist within a single environment, the platform can provide more relevant recommendations, automate repetitive work, and reduce the communication gaps that typically slow down software projects. The platform is designed for product managers, business analysts, designers, developers, testers, delivery managers, and executive stakeholders. Every role operates from the same source of truth, ensuring that decisions remain visible, requirements stay connected to implementation, and teams maintain complete traceability from idea to release. For organizations pursuing digital transformation, Stride helps standardize delivery processes while increasing agility. Teams gain better visibility into project status, improved collaboration across functions, faster decision-making, and stronger alignment between business objectives and technical execution. Leaders benefit from real-time insights into delivery health, project progress, risks, and resource utilization without relying on fragmented reporting from multiple systems. One of Stride's biggest advantages is tool consolidation. Organizations often maintain separate platforms for project management, requirements management, documentation, collaboration, workflow tracking, delivery governance, and AI productivity tools. Stride replaces much of this fragmented ecosystem by bringing these capabilities together into one integrated experience. In many cases, teams can eliminate up to seven separate tools from their delivery stack, reducing costs, simplifying workflows, and minimizing the operational overhead associated with maintaining multiple disconnected platforms. Built for modern delivery teams, Stride supports both agile and hybrid delivery models. Whether organizations are managing enterprise transformation initiatives, building customer-facing digital products, developing internal applications, or coordinating large-scale technology programs, the platform provides the structure, visibility, and intelligence needed to execute effectively. The result is a fundamentally better way to deliver software. Teams spend less time managing tools and more time creating value. Communication becomes clearer. Requirements remain connected to execution. Delivery becomes more predictable. And organizations gain the speed and confidence needed to compete in an increasingly digital world. Stride is more than a project management platform, a documentation tool, or an AI assistant. It is an AI-native delivery operating system designed to unify people, processes, and technology into a single environment where software moves from concept to production with greater speed, transparency, and efficiency. Plan. Design. Build. Ship. All in one place.

AI workspace that plans, designs and ships together! this is well thought.
It looks really nice btw what model do you use for it
What a lovely way to implement this
An AI workspace that takes you from planning to shipping in no time

Love the idea of how projects are being managed here!
the "AI as an add-on vs embedded in the workflow" distinction is the part that actually matters here. curious which of the seven tools teams give up first, that's usually the real test of whether consolidation sticks.
@bunzeeAI - Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Testrail, other AI tool, Visual Paradigm. Replace 7 tools with 1 and don't lose time in context switching. Happy to set you up on Stride
Every all-in-one hits the same wall - teams won't move six tools at once. Which one do your users drop first, and is Stride useful while it's only replacing that one? The wedge matters more than the full vision.
@parthdixit - They drop Jira or Linear first and yes it's useful as a 1:1 replacement too. Happy to give you a demo and have you onboard Stride as a user.
Nice
The seamless integration between planning, design, and shipping is exactly what teams have been asking for. Having an AI that understands the full context from ideation to launch eliminates so much back-and-forth. Feels like a genuine works
@omribenshoham - We'd love to have you try it. Let's connect so that I can give you a discounted trial invite.
The unified workspace approach is exactly what distributed development teams need. Having planning, design, and delivery coordinated in one place instead of toggling between Jira, Linear, Figma, and email actually solves a real pain point.
@galdayan1895 Thank you for your comment! We'd love to have you try Stride!
An AI workspace that plans, designs and ships together removes the handoff friction most early teams dread. At Bunzee we validate what to build before Stride takes over.
@bunzeeAI - Happy to collaborate! Let's talk :)
this is a great idea! having this all in one place is perfect. Nice work!
@bgrutkowski13 - Thank you!
nice
@Georgebrn- Thank you!
An AI workspace that goes from planning all the way to shipping is an amazing all-in-one approach. Does Stride integrate with tools like GitHub or Claude?
@kanvasinteriordesign - Thanks! Yes to both, connect your GitHub repo and Stride can even draft a real PR, and you plug Claude in through Claude Code over our MCP server so it builds with full project context, not just a prompt.
